Super easy to assemble and install. the item arrived before the estimated delivery date. i am extremely pleased.
Had to add solder to get it to fit snug but it works! and is stupid cheap. a nice alternative to the gc2sd memory card. had to take a star away cause it only worked once without solder, the pcb is just too thin to make a good connection, but for the price? there’s really not much to complain about. good product!
Make sure you have a serial port 2 before ordering this. works as intended but not compatible with all models of the gamecube. otherwise perfect item. fast arrival

This was a great addition to my gamecube.
So happy with this purchase. I recently got a flippy drive, and i wanted to play some ps1 games on my gamecube, but those games couldn't be read off the flippy drive alone. However using the sd2sp2 allows me to finally load the games. I also really like that the sd card is available without to take apart the system. Very satisfied!
