Find your mode
Most of our controllers support several modes. The mode is usually chosen by holding a button while turning the controller on — check the product page or manual for your model's combination.
Nintendo Switch / Switch 2
- On the console: System Settings → Controllers and Sensors → Pro Controller Wired Communication: On.
- Open Controllers → Change Grip/Order.
- Put the controller into Switch pairing mode (the lights flash), wait until it connects.
PC & Steam Deck
- Wired: plug in with USB-C — it's detected automatically.
- Bluetooth: put the controller into PC/Bluetooth mode, then add it from your Bluetooth settings.
- 2.4G dongle (if included): plug the dongle in, then switch the controller to 2.4G mode.
iPhone & Android
Switch to Bluetooth mode and pair from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Some games need controller support turned on in their settings.
Troubleshooting
- Won't pair: forget the device on your console/phone and pair again; charge the controller for 30 minutes.
- Stick drift: many models have a calibration combination — see the manual, or email us.
